Cancellation Policy

Appointment times and treatment types are reserved especially for you at your request, so a credit card is required to secure your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made in less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the total service value.

Gift Certificates

Balsam Spa Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. Gift certificates should be treated as cash. If the price changes, the gift certificate holder must pay the difference. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Balsam Spa Inc. assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the certificates and/or the performance of any third-party provider. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy

Gift certificates are not refundable.

New, unused, and unopened merchandise in its original packaging and unbroken inner/outer seal can be returned within 14 days. If items are used, seal broken, or without their original packaging, a refund will not be issued.

If you are not 100% completely satisfied with our product(s) or service, please contact us.  Please note that refunds are discretionary and are issued on a case-by-case basis.
